Blurriness is usually a sign of movement in pictures, but it can also be an artistic way to enhance your photography. Using the bokeh lighting technique, which makes the subject of a photo look focused while the background is blurred, is a simple and common way to photograph with blurry effects in the backdrop. Using a Mobile Phone to Make Blurs
