How to Make Butter Chicken With Potato Wedges
This creamy and buttery chicken dish is excellent with hot biscuits or mashed potatoes. Quick and easy to make for any occasion. Here is how to make butter chicken with potato wedges.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 350ºF/180ºC.

Use a meat mallet or the side of a kitchen knife to flatten the chicken breasts. Season them with parsley, salt, and pepper.

Place a piece of butter in the center of each chicken breast. Wrap each one like a roll.

Coat the chicken. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg and then transfer and coat them thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.

Add the chicken to a greased pan or casserole dish. Layer the potato wedges on the chicken.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Saute the mixed vegetables with salt and pepper for about 10 minutes.

Combine the cheese whiz and milk in a small bowl. Heat the mixture in a microwave until the cheese is completely melted.

Place the chicken and wedges on a serving platter. Ladle the melted cheese over the chicken. Serve warm.
