Fruit smoothies a delicious, cold and thick delight to drink on a hot summer day. Smoothie drinks can be made from almost any ingredients, but a favorite for many teens is the Banana Nut Smoothie. Bananas are great for your health, and so are walnuts, yogurt, and milk. This flavorful drink will satisfy you with taste, vitamins, calories and protein. Combine all of these great ingredients together to create a Banana Nut Smoothie following the instructions below.

Steps

  1. Crush ice cubes and put in the blender.
  2. Be careful not to fill it with ice more than halfway up.
  3. Chop up the banana and put it in the blender.
  4. Cut the bananas vertically, into inch diameter pieces.
  5. Pour the yogurt and milk in.
  6. Measure about three tablespoons each.
  7. Put in walnuts.
  8. Make sure that the drinker has no allergies to nuts.
  9. Puree for approximately 5 minutes.
  10. Mix on medium speed in an electric blender or 550 beats by hand
  11. Serve immediately.
  12. It is best to drink while it is still very chilled and fluffy.
