Candy corn brownies are both chocolate- and candy-corn-flavored, making them the perfect dish for the fall and Halloween season. Whether you're craving brownies or just want an easy dessert to make, candy corn brownies fulfills both of those wishes.
  • Makes: Up to 10 medium-sized brownies

  1. Prepare to make the brownies. Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit (177° Celsius). Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk in a medium-size bowl. Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar in a separate large bowl. Using an electric mixer, cream them until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Blend again.
  4. Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Blend on low speed for about a minute until fully combined and there are no more flour streaks.
  5. Fold in the candy corn and blend until well-combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan. Use a rubber spatula to scrape excess batter out of the bowl.
  7. Bake the brownies for about 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the brownies from the oven and carefully press in extra candy corn pieces on the top.
  9. Let the brownies cook for an additional five minutes.
  10. Place the brownies on a wire rack to cool.
  11. Serve. Cut the brownies using a cutting knife. Place a brownie on a serving plate. Garnish with extra candy corn pieces, if desired. Enjoy!

  • ¾ cup candy corn, extra for the top
