Ingredients
- 2 cups sparkling apple cider
- 2 cups fresh local apple cider
- 2 scoops French vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
- 2 apple slices
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Caramel sauce
Tips
- While the floats chill, the whipped cream and caramel sauce will combine into the apple cider. This is normal and gives the floats more flavor.
- If you would prefer not to make the float fizzy, use regular apple cider instead of sparkling.
- For a chocolaty taste, drizzle chocolate syrup over the floats instead of caramel sauce.
- If you freeze the cups aside of time for about half an hour, the floats will stay cold longer and won't melt as quickly.
