How to Make Eggnog Fudge

Eggnog fudge puts a new holiday twist on your classic fudge recipe. It's perfect to for the holidays and only requires a few simple ingredients, making this recipe quite simple, delicious, and mouthwatering.
  • Makes: Approx. 10 servings


  1. Spread butter over a 8 or 9 inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, boil the butter, sugar, and eggnog.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and heat and continue to heat until the mixture is 234° Fahrenheit (112° Celsius). Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  4. Remove the eggnog mixture from the heat and shut the stove off.
  5. Add in the nutmeg and white chocolate. Stir with a rubber spatula until the chocolate fully melts.
  6. Pour in the marshmallow creme and vanilla.
  7. Beat the eggnog mixture with whisk in a large bowl. Whisk until the mixture is creamy and blended properly.
  8. Pour the mixture onto the baking pan.
  9. Allow the fudge to chill until it fully sets, taking about 30 minutes.
  10. Slice the fudge into squares using a knife.
  11. Serve. Place the fudge on a serving plate and enjoy with a cup of eggnog. Enjoy!


  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup eggnog
  • 12 ounces white baking chocolate
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Store the fudge in the fridge in an airtight container.
  • The fudge can be froze and will last for up to 3 weeks.
  • You can also substitute the marshmallow creme with a 10 ounce bag of mini marshmallows. The marshmallows will need more time to melt but it can work as a substitute.


  • Ensure you continually stir the eggnog mixture or it will burn or scorch.
